Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your T.S.T. Survival purchase for any reason, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.
Item Return
No problem. Keep in mind that you will need to pay the return shipping charges and a possible 30% restocking fee, depending on the item.
Item Exchange
No problem. Keep in mind that you will need to pay the shipping charges both ways. Item can be exchanged for the same item. In the event we ship you the wrong item, you will not pay any shipping charges.
Item Damaged
No problem. Damaged item will be replaced with the same item. You will not have to pay for shipping charges to exchange a damaged item.
